Yummy recipe!

So, I'm going to try to be more consistent with this blog but don't really have any grand ideas or information to share, at this point, so I thought I'd share a REALLY good recipe for a quick, easy casserole for your family or the next potluck you attend. I made a DOUBLE recipe of this for a potluck 2 weeks ago and came home with a couple little pieces of noodle stuck to the sides of the dish and that was it!!! This was very good and disappeared in a jiff. I will DEFINITELY makes this again!
Amazing (Yes it is!) Pizza casserole
12 oz. bag of egg noodles (or any pasta you want, I would guess)
1 lg. (2lb. 13oz) jar of pasta sauce (or mix of smaller jars/cans in whatever flavor you like -
I used Hunts Traditional sauce & Prego Italian Sausage & Garlic)
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (I used Italian sausage)
3.5 oz. (or more!) pepperoni slices

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Boil noodles and drain. Brown the meat and drain off grease. In a 9" x 13" baking dish, spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom, then layer 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 of the ground meat, 1/2 of the remaining pasta sauce & 1/2 of the cheese. (I put a layer of pepperoni on top of the cheese here
too before I started the next layers!) Then layer the rest of the noodles, meat, sauce and cheese ad top with pepperoni. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil & bake for another 15 minutes.
